    HearWave provides hearing care services including:

    • Hearing tests and assessments
    • Hearing aid sales and fittings
    • Hearing aid repairs and maintenance
    • Follow-up care and adjustments
    • Consultation and advice on hearing health

    Product Purchases

    • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
    • Payment is required at the time of purchase or as per agreed payment terms.
    • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.
    • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

    Warranty & Returns

    • Hearing aids come with manufacturer warranty as specified at the time of purchase.
    • We offer a 45-day trial period for all hearing aids with 100% satisfaction guarantee.
    • Returns must be initiated within the trial period and products must be in good condition.
    • Custom-made products may have different return policies.

    Appointments

    • Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
    • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
    • Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

    Limitation of Liability

    HearWave shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
